The beauty of the premium software platforms on the market is that they are constantly evolving. Depending on the system you choose, you can download software updates, purchase add-ons, or add entirely new sports and arcade software at anytime.

There are really only a few things to consider with buying new software - Compatibility with your current Game/Swing Sensor, PC Specs, and License fees for the game, and does it require its own separate sensor to be purchased and installed.

Real vs. Simulated Equipment

For sports like golf, you will use your own real golf clubs and real golf balls. For everything else, you will need to use specialized equipment designed to not damage your impact screen.

For shooting simulators, we provide safe specialized laser weapons. Some options may even include highly realistic models, or an option for realistic with recoil simulation built-in.

For arcade sports like bowling, soccer, baseball, or dodgeball we will supply the appropriate indoor-safe equipment with the game as needed.

Room Requirements & Installation

Room requirements depend on the type of simulator. Arcade and shooting sims are highly flexible, while golf simulators have strict height and spacing requirements to accommodate full swings. While golf swing reach varies by player, systems are designed with a 9' minimum ceiling height requirement.

We supply and install all major A/V and simulator components—Prep such as wiring and infrastructure placement can be 1-2 days, and the actual final installation typically takes 2 to 4 days. Keep in mind structural room buildouts (framing, electrical, drywall) must be handled by separate licensed professionals. We review your specific space during the design phase and can coordinate with your builder or contractor.

Ongoing Maintenance & Subscriptions

Ongoing costs include normal A/V maintenance, occasional wear-item replacement like turf and impact screens.

Annual subscriptions, which you pay directly for each, will often apply to software packages, and some hardware will also have a perpetual license.

Pricing varies greatly based on the actual total screen size, simulator/game type, and room restrictions. Room modification or initial build-out construction costs are not included here.

Shooter-Only Simulators: Since shooters do not require an impact screen, this can reduce overall costs. These will start at about $9,500 professionally integrated and installed.
Full Sports Arcade Simulators: Dedicated multi-sport and arcade setups generally start around $11,500 fully installed.
Golf-Only Simulators: Fully installed professional packages typically start around $13,500 and scale upward based on launch monitor technology and room finishes.
Combo Systems (Golf + Arcade/Shooter): The ultimate entertainment rooms combining both premium golf and arcade tracking generally start around $18,000 fully installed.
Commercial Solutions: Turnkey, built-in or freestanding single-player units are highly customized to each client but typically start around $18,000 for the base golf system installed. Larger multi-player systems like RANGE will need to be custom quoted per venue. Additional common Venue add-ons like League Tracking software, Food & Bev order integration, or other POS integration will have extra associated costs.
